Birthday Parties

There are two time slots available for birthday parties on Sundays at Circus Centre Melbourne: 

• 10:00am – 12:00pm
• 1:00pm – 3:00pm 

Your party will include 90mins of circus workshop and 30mins of self-catered cake and celebration time off the training floor in our adjoining party room. If you book at 10am-12pm party, your morning will look like this:  

• 9:45am-10:00am: you arrive to set up anything you need in our party room, your guests start arriving 
• 10:00am-11:30am: it’s circus time! Circus workshop on the training floor 
• 11:30am-12:00pm: cake and celebration in the party room 
• 12:00pm-12:15pm: pack up and final guests depart, room clear by 12:15pm 

• Up to 14 participants: $630 
• 15 – 21 participants: $945

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in your party date.

Do you do the catering?

No, Circus Centre Melbourne does not provide food and drink, aside from water, so please bring any food, drink and cake you would like for your party. We have a fully equipped kitchen upstairs that can be used. No alcohol is permitted at our parties. 

What do you provide?

We provide:

• Access to our fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave and fridge (no freezer)
• Cups, plates and cutlery
• Tables, chairs and tablecloths
• Bluetooth speaker for your party music
• Outrageously fun circus activities!

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, we require as much notice as possible. 

• If you cancel 21 days or more before you party, your deposit can be refunded 
• If you cancel within 21 days of your party we retain your deposit
• If you cancel within 7 days of your party the full fee is payable 

Can I adjust the numbers of my party?

Yes! If the expected number of guests changes after you have paid your deposit, we can adjust the balance to account for the difference if it pushes you into the next cost bracket. Please let us know 7 days in advance if your numbers change so we can plan accordingly.

Can I see the space beforehand?

Yes, you can arrange an appointment to view the training space and party room ahead of your party. Please note the party room will not be set up as it is a multi-functional space.  

What should the participants wear?

Clothes you can move around in and be active in! Leggings/shorts and t-shirts work well, and bare feet. We have cubbies to keep everyone’s shoes and socks in the party room. Bring a drink bottle to stay hydrated!
